Directions

Before intense, sweaty activity

  • Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water and drink in the evening before key events and training sessions
  • Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water and drink approximately 90 minutes before starting key events and workouts. Try to finish your drink no less than 45 minutes before starting to allow your body to properly absorb the fluid

During intense, sweaty activity (if recommended in your personalized hydration plan)

  • Dissolve the tablet in 500 ml of water and drink as needed
